Here is a look at the action from Week 4, according to the numbers:
20 – Consecutive regular season winning streak by Servite that was snapped after Friday’s 31-28 loss to Bishop Gorman.
39 – Length of Bishop Gorman kicker Kline Fielden’s game winning field goal with 1:03 left in the game.
2 – Touchdown passes for Mission Viejo’s Alex Bridgford that went for more than 70 yards. Bridgford hooked up with Max Redfield for a 74-yard score and D.J. Wilson for a 75-yard touchdown for 24-0 lead in the third quarter of the Diablos’ 31-0 victory over Carson.
15 – Length of the game-winning touchdown pass from Mater Dei quarterback Ryan McMahon to Thomas Duarte to give the Monarchs a 22-20 victor over Edison on the last play of the game. The victory was the first for Mater Dei this season.
80 – Length of the game-winning drive for the Monarchs. Mater Dei didn’t have a timeout.
221 – Rushing yards gained by Trabuco Hills running back Mitchell Simonsen in the 28-7 victory over Fountain Valley. Simonsen scored on runs of 17, 30 and 2 yards.
24 – Consecutive points scored by Chaparral in Friday’s 24-6 victory over Tesoro.
206 – Rushing yards gained by Santa Margarita running back Ryan Wolpin in Thursday’s 38-27 victory over Los Alamitos.
5 – Successful extra points converted by Santa Margarita’s John McGrory. McGrory now has 85 consecutive extra points, giving him the county and CIF record.
189 – Receiving yards gained by St. John Bosco star receiver Bryce Treggs in Thursday’s 41-6 victory over La Habra. Treggs scored on passes of 89 and 47 yards.
3 – Turnovers committed by La Habra, which St. John Bosco turned into touchdowns en route to the victory.
180 – Rushing yards gained by Yorba Linda’s Dillan Cazaras in Friday’s 35-10 victory over Pacifica in the Empire League opener for both schools.
28 – Consecutive points scored by University in Friday’s 28-14 victory over San Juan Hills.
28 – Points scored in the first quarter by Villa Park in Friday’s 41-28 Century League victory over Esperanza.
4 – Touchdown passes by Esperanza quarterback Mark Tumlinson in the loss. Tumlinson completed 18 of 30 passes for 292 yards.
189 – Rushing yards gained by Beckman’s Brian Brooks in Friday’s 49-28 victory over Torrance.
4 – Passing touchdowns for Orange Lutheran quarterback Conner Sullivan in the 33-13 victory over Redondo.
3 – Length of Capistrano Valley’s trip to Santa Barbara where the Cougars came home victorious, 28-13 over San Marcos. The victory was the first of the season for Capistrano Valley.
178 – Rushing yards gained by Laguna Beach running back Drake Martinez in Friday’s 55-26 victory over Mary Star of San Pedro. Martinez scored three touchdowns.
133 – Rushing yards gained by Laguna Beach running back Norton Penney. Penney scored two touchdowns on six carries.
208 – Rushing yards gained by Crean Lutheran’s Chasen McNaughton in Friday’s 24-3 victory over Arrowhead Christian of Redlands. McNaughton scored two touchdowns.
212 – Passing yards in the first half for Huntington Beach quarterback Michael Chislock. Chislock pass for three touchdowns in the first half of Friday’s 49-7 victory over Westminster.
5 – First-half passing touchdowns for Corona del Mar’s Brent Lawson. Lawson completed 11 of 17 passes for 222 yards as the Sea Kings bounced back from last week’s loss to Newport Harbor with a 49-6 victory over Magnolia.
4 – Touchdowns scored by Cypress all-purpose star Vincent “Bug” Rivera in Friday’s 43-14 Empire League opening victory over Valencia.
95 – Passing attempts in the Dana Hills-El Toro game Friday night. El Toro’s Conner Manning attempted 41 and Dana Hills QB Shane Scambray got off 53 attempts. El Toro won the game 14-0.
5 – Touchdowns scored by Brethren Christian quarterback Samuel Franklin in Friday’s 40-7 victory over St. Anthony of Long Beach. Franklin rushed for four and passed for another touchdown in the game.
226 – Rushing yards gained by Aliso Niguel’s Ryan Walker in Friday’s 35-7 victory over Marina. Walker scored four touchdowns.
19 – Fourth-quarter points scored by Brea Olinda to turn a 14-14 game into a 33-14 victory over El Dorado.
253 – Rushing yards gained by Brea Olinda duo of Josh Vizcaya (144) and Jordan Brown (109) in the game. Vizcaya scored three touchdowns, Brown scored one.
219 – Rushing yards gained by Tustin’s Tyler Siudzinski in Thursday’s 35-7 victory over Kennedy.
3 – Rushing touchdowns scored by Tustin’s Edward Tandy in the victory. Tandy rushed for 104 yards.
25 – Consecutive losing streak that Bolsa Grande snapped with its 53-28 victory over Orange Thursday night.
186 – Rushing yards gained by Woodbridge’s Derek Calderon in Thursday’s 21-10 victory over Troy.
954 – Combined yards gained by Estancia and Northwood in Thursday’s 43-27 Estancia triumph.
183 – Rushing yards gained by Estancia’s Robert Murtha in the game. Murtha scored one touchdown. Alex Troncoso rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns.
